We do not approve and will not condone bad practices in our business, our main goal is to assist you on your purchase with all the available information that we have collected regarding our products, we will not try to sell to you any useless accessories or try to "trick you" into paying more for an upgrade of a product that we don't carry anymore; because the possibility exists that we still show a discontinued or out of stock item though we will never charge your credit card before making sure that we carry the product and it has been shipped to you.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Show Shopping Cart" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Using The Search Feature

When using the Search Feature use quotation marks on your wording if you know exactly what product are you looking for, if you are looking for say any product that contains the name  Matrix 35, enclose this in quotes "Matrix 35", the result set will bring you Fish Finders and Accessories that contain that phrase. If you want to look for either Matrix or 35 then do not enclose this words in quotes, the result set will bring you any Product or Accessory that has either one of the words in their names or descriptions.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Yahoo! PayDirect and Yahoo! Wallet. On credit cards we do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Tax Charges

For orders made from within the United States sales tax will be applied to all in state. Our business is operated from Denver, Colorado. All deliveries to Denver will be charged a 7.2% sales tax, non-Denver delivery within the state of Colorado will be charged a 3.7% sales tax. All other state orders are tax free.

Shipping And Handling

Shipping is calculated on line using the UPS interactive tools from their website according to weight and address of delivery for the lower 48 states, with the exception of some Ice Tents, Sleds, Ice Augers, Trolling Motors, and some downriggers. At this time WE ARE ACCEPTING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS only from Canada, Australia and Great Britain only thru UPS Worldwide Express and UPS Worldwide Expedited. If for some reason you don't see any shipping charges when checking out (often because the UPS website is down) we will contact you and let you know what those charges are, at that point you can choose to continue with your order or to cancel it.
Orders from Canada most select UPS Worldwide Expedited otherwise the system WILL NOT calculate shiping charges and we will be forced to cancel your order.

Delivery Schedule

Normally order is shipped the same day if your order is posted before 2:00 PM Central Standard Time or within 2 to 3 working days if posted on a weekend. With regular UPS delivery in the continental U.S., you will receive your order within 1-8 business days after it ships.

Back Orders

If the product that you ordered is not able to arrive to you within the lead-time you were told when placing the order, you will be notified by phone or by email of the estimated ship date. You will be able to let us know whether to keep your order active or to cancel the backorder.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is most important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from TCF Specialty Stores, simply return it within 30 days and the product cost will be refunded in full. Please email return@tcf-humminbird-fish-finders.com to request a return authorization number. Please make sure you first obtain a return authorization number before sending an order back for a refund or exchange as we can only accept returned packages that have an RA# written clearly on the outside of the package. NO RETURNS AFTER THE 30 DAY PERIOD, AND THAT IS FINAL The item must be in its original packaging and all items including manuals and instruction booklets must be returned. The unit must be in re-saleable condition. Products or packaging that are damaged or have missing parts are not returnable. Shipping fees will not be refundable. Refund will be done upon inspection of package. When sending email state clearly either a refund or exchange merchandise on the subject of email.
